Warranty information

The DANEW products have a one year warranty from their date of purchase against any malfunction or manufacturing fault incombant au produit. The warranty is only vailable in the country where the product has been bought and in the limits of its conditions.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

1 - PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY
The customer needs to contact DANEW France by telephone only, in order to  obtain a return number (RMA). This RMA number will have to be clearly notified outside of the box.
The transport (as well as the eventual insurance) of the product towards the DANEW after-sales service center is at the responsability of the customer. The returned product is tested within 48 hours (working hours and days).
In case of warranty's acceptance, an equivalent product will be sent to the customer, free of charge within the next 48 hours (working days and
hours).
In case of the warranty doesn't apply ( ie. wrong use), a repairing quote will be sent to the customer.
This quote is charged 15 € HT  and has to be paid by the customer, except if the quote is accepted. The customer has 30 days to give his agreement or his refusal. In case of refusal, the product will be sent back to the customer with 13,50 € HT transport fees.
Over 30 days, the product can be destructed and can not be subject of any complaint to DANEW.

2 - PRODUCT OUT OF WARRANTY
The customer returns the product to
DANEW France with an RMA number provided by the technical hotline.
The quote will be sent within 5 working days since the reception of the product.
Then, customer then has 30 days to accept or refuse the proposed quote.
Over 30 days, the product can be destructed and can not be subject of any complaint to DANEW
